There are three accessible suites which are specially equipped with grab rails, emergency cords and adapted bathrooms. There are disabled refuge areas on all bedroom floors along with a hearing induction loop at reception. All areas of the hotel are wheelchair accessible except the outdoor jacuzzi. The steam room and sauna can be accessed via the lower ground floor for wheelchair users.
