2. Special Category Data
Special Category Data are types of data which are afforded increased protection under the GDPR. Included in this category are the following;

The Dean Hotel Group only processes special category data which is provided to us voluntarily. We may at times use personal health information to enable us to provide you with the best service possible during your stay including mobility restrictions or dietary requirements.

We do not at any time accept bookings from minors. As such, we will not knowingly process the personal data of persons under 18 years old unless this data is provided voluntarily for specific purposes such as special requests relating to your stay. Any data collected relating to minors will be retained only for as long as is necessary for the purposes intended.
