There are three accessible suites which are specially equipped with grab rails, emergency cords and adapted bathrooms. There are disabled refuge areas on all bedroom floors along with hearing induction loop at reception. All areas of the hotel are wheelchair accessible except the outdoor jacuzzi. The steam room and sauna can be accessed via the basement for wheelchair users.

Within Jean-Georges & The Collins Club, our team are dedicated to source local food & beverage suppliers and our proud to include zero waste cocktails on our menus.
